GREENSBORO, N.C. (theACC.com) – Following the conclusion of Thursday night’s matches, the bracket and seeds for the 2019 ACC Championship, which begins with the quarterfinals on Sunday, Nov. 3, are set.
North Carolina (16-1-1, 9-0-1), the ACC regular-season champion, will be the top seed and host eighth-seeded Notre Dame (10-6-2, 4-4-2) at 7 p.m. Sunday night at Dorrance Field. The Tar Heels claimed their second consecutive and 23rd overall regular-season title last weekend.
Florida State (14-4-0, 8-2-0) is the No. 2 seed and will welcome No. 7 Clemson (11-5-1, 5-5-0) to the Seminole Soccer Complex for a 1 p.m. start. NC State (9-5-4, 4-2-4) will travel to Louisville (12-3-2, 5-3-2) for a rematch of the regular-season finale at 3 p.m. Sunday, as the Wolfpack earned the No. 5 seed and the Cardinals are the four seed.
Sunday’s 5 p.m. match will feature third-seeded Virginia (14-0-3, 6-0-3) hosting sixth-seeded Duke (8-2-7, 3-1-6) at 5 p.m.
The field includes all six of the conference’s ranked teams among the United Soccer Coaches Top-25 Poll and an additional team receiving votes.
The quarterfinals and semifinals will air live on ACC Network, while the final will be broadcast live on ESPNU.

Admission is free for youth ages 18 and under, as well as students of ACC institutions.
