CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – Ten Atlantic Coast Conference football standouts have been named to the 2026 Biletnikoff Award Preseason Watch List, making the ACC one of only three conferences nationally with double-digit selections.
The Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation, creator and sponsor of the Biletnikoff Award, announced the 2026 preseason watch list, which features 45 players from across the Football Bowl Subdivision.
The ACC's 10 selections represent eight different programs, led by California and Miami with two honorees apiece.

Since 1994, the Biletnikoff Award annually recognizes college football's outstanding FBS receiver. Players at any position who catch a pass are eligible for the honor, including wide receivers, tight ends, slot backs and running backs. The award recognizes single-season performance, and players may be added to the watch list during the season as their performances warrant.
The 2026 Biletnikoff Award semifinalists will be announced November 16, followed by the announcement of three finalists on November 24. The winner will be announced December 11 as part of ESPN’s
The Home Depot College Football Awards Show.
