"I don't know exactly what it was today. In fact, it looked like two completely different halves. In the first half, we were reacting too much to what was going on and created very few chances for ourselves. In the second half, we turned the momentum in our favor and had more opportunities. In overtime, they certainly made the saves that they needed to make."

"We are very excited about having another chance to play on Friday night. UNC was a fantastic opponent and really played us hard with Brian Edwards having come up with some fantastic saves."

"We had a couple of opportunities early that I think we had to improve on. Both teams defended very well and just couldn't get a goal out of it."

"During the first couple of shots, I told myself to push it and to dive right, but that just wasn't working out. Since I've been caught leaning, I decided to just wait. He opened up his hops and I was able to get the last one."
