ACC Women’s Basketball Announces Schedule Changes

GREENSBORO, N.C. (theACC.com) - The Atlantic Coast Conference announced today that the Duke at Miami women’s basketball game has been postponed. The game was scheduled to be played on Sunday, Dec. 13.

The postponement follows yesterday’s announcement and subsequent contact tracing within the Duke women’s basketball team. The team is adhering to the outlined protocols within the ACC Medical Advisory Group report, which is available on theACC.com (full report).

As a result of the postponement, North Carolina will travel to Miami for a Monday game that will tip at 2 p.m. on ACC Network. The January 10 game between the two teams will now be played in Chapel Hill.

In addition, Florida State, which was scheduled to travel to Louisville on Thursday, Dec. 17, will now travel to Clemson for a 7 p.m. matchup, moving up its originally scheduled Dec. 31 contest with the location flipped. The Seminoles will welcome the Tigers to Tallahassee on Jan. 17 for their second regular-season meeting.
