Pitt Women’s Basketball Pauses Activities

GREENSBORO, N.C. (theACC.com) - The Atlantic Coast Conference announced today that the Boston College at Pitt women’s basketball game has been postponed. The game was scheduled to be played on Thursday, Dec. 31.
 
The postponement follows a positive test, subsequent quarantining and contact tracing within the Pitt women’s basketball team. The team is adhering to the outlined protocols within the ACC Medical Advisory Group report, which is available on theACC.com (full report).  
 
Due to COVID-19 protocols at Pitt, the Panthers next three games against North Carolina (Jan. 3), at Louisville (Jan. 7) and Clemson (Jan. 10) have also been postponed.
