GREENSBORO, N.C. (theACC.com) – Boston College junior forward Stefan Sigurdarson has been selected as the ACC Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, while Duke senior goalkeeper Eliot Hamill claimed ACC Defensive Player of the Week laurels.

Sigurdarson scored a pair of goals in the second half to lead the Eagles to a come-from-behind 2-1 victory over Boston University last Monday. Both goals came with Boston College down to 10 men following a 31st-minute red card. The Kopavogur, Iceland native led BC with six shots on the night while playing 71 minutes.
