GREENSBORO, N.C. (theACC.com) - Clemson improved to 7-0 in league play by rallying in the second half to top No. 24/21 Duke, 72-64, on Saturday night in Clemson, South Carolina. The Tigers are off to their best start in ACC play in program history and hold a two-game lead in the ACC standings. NC State also scored a big win Saturday, outlasting No. 16/15 Miami, 83-81 in overtime.
North Carolina, Pitt, Virginia and Wake Forest each earned road victories Saturday, while Syracuse came back from a double-digit deficit in the second half to down Notre Dame on Saturday night at the JMI Wireless Dome.
