CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – The ACC, ACC Network and Disney today announce that T. Rowe Price is an official sponsor of the league. The relationship is part of a multi-year agreement with T. Rowe Price also becoming the exclusive title sponsor of the ACC Men’s Basketball Tournament through 2027.
“The ACC is proud to welcome T. Rowe Price as an official league sponsor and the title sponsor of the ACC Men’s Basketball Tournament,” said ACC Commissioner Jim Phillips, Ph.D. “As a global brand that has served clients for more than 85 years, we are thrilled to partner with T. Rowe Price and we appreciate Disney and ESPN bringing all three of these incredible brands together. The support of T. Rowe Price - along with that of all our official sponsors - furthers our commitment to a world-class experience for our student-athletes, alumni and fans.”
As the official wealth management sponsor of the ACC, T. Rowe Price will have a significant presence at numerous events throughout the season. This includes events on ACC Network (ACCN), as well as during ACC Championship events.
“Our partnership with the ACC, including the title sponsorship of its men’s basketball tournament, is an important step forward in bringing our refreshed brand program to an engaged, enthusiastic audience,” said Theresa McLaughlin, Head of Global Marketing for T. Rowe Price. “We know that sports are among our clients’ deepest passions, and the ACC gives us a highly visible platform to engage with them throughout the year and showcase how we are meeting the needs of today’s investors.”
In December, T. Rowe Price was on site at the 20th ACC Football Championship Game. In March they will also be on site at the Ally ACC Women’s Basketball Tournament in Greensboro, North Carolina and T. Rowe Price ACC Men’s Basketball Tournament at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
T. Rowe Price’s ACC sponsorship is part of ‘The Power of Curiosity’ branding program it launched in 2024 to highlight its renowned capabilities as one of the world's premier asset manager firms. The program conveys how active questioning conducted by the firm’s investment professionals drives more informed insights that can lead to better outcomes in the investment process. It also underscores T. Rowe Price’s unique culture and independent thinking while demonstrating how its investment approach can benefit investors.
“T. Rowe Price joining as the official sponsor of the ACC and title sponsor of the Men’s Basketball Tournament marks a pivotal moment for both Disney and college sports fans,” said Andrew Messina, SVP of Sales at Disney Advertising. “This collaboration highlights Disney's proven ability to create lasting connections between brands and highly engaged sports audiences. By aligning with the ACC’s legacy and Disney’s platforms, T. Rowe Price is positioned to drive sustained, meaningful engagement with fans year-round.”
