CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) -- In conference games played on Tuesday, January 21, and Wednesday, January 22, California, Clemson, Georgia Tech, Louisville, Stanford, Virginia and Wake Forest scored victories. 

Virginia 74, Boston College 56Box Score
Virginia shot 52 percent, including 55 percent (11-of-20) from 3-point range, and never trailed as it defeated Boston College, 74-56, on Tuesday in Charlottesville, Virginia. Isaac McKneely led the way for UVA with 21 points off a career-high tying six 3-pointers while Andrew Rohde matched his UVA high with 16 points. Fred Payne scored a team-high 17 points off the bench for Boston College.



Wake Forest 67, North Carolina 66Box Score
Wake Forest extended its win streak to six games, downing North Carolina, 67-66, on Tuesday evening in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The team's 7-1 start to ACC play is its best start since the 1996-97 season. Four Deacs reached double figures in scoring, led by Cameron Hildreth with 20 points. Hunter Sallis added 14 points and nine rebounds. RJ Davis led UNC with 21 points.



No. 25 Louisville 98, SMU 73Box Score
Louisville remained sizzling hot as it hit 19 3-pointers in rolling to its ninth straight victory, a 98-73 road win over SMU on Tuesday in Dallas. Reyne Smith hit 10 triples, one off the ACC single-game record and setting a UofL program record, as part of a 30-point effort. Chucky Hepburn dished out a program-record 16 assists, which was the most by any ACC player in a league game since UNC's Kendall Marshall recorded 16 vs. FSU on February 6, 2011. James Scott and J'Vonne Hadley each scored 16 for UofL. Matt Cross paced SMU with 18 points.



Clemson 86, Syracuse 72Box Score
Chase Hunter turned in his sixth 20-point game of the season with a team-high 23 points, while Viktor Lakhin collected his third double-double of the season with 16 points and 10 rebounds in Clemson’s 86-72 win over Syracuse on Wednesday night in Clemson, South Carolina. Clemson led by as many as 24 in the second half before coasting to the 14-point victory. Syracuse's JJ Starling led all scorers with 25 points.



Georgia Tech 71, Virginia Tech 64Box Score
Duncan Powell scored a career-high 23 points to help lift Georgia Tech to a 71-64 win over Virginia Tech on Wednesday in Atlanta.Javian McCollum scored 16, Baye Ndongo added 14 and Naithan George chipped in with 11 points and seven assists for Tech. Tyler Johnson scored 14 points to lead Virginia Tech.



California 77, Florida State 68Box Score
Jeremiah Wilkinson scored 18 points in his first career start and Mady Sissoko and Rytis Petratis had double-doubles as California defeated Florida State, 77-68, on Wednesday in Berkeley, California.Sissoko had 14 points, 13 rebounds and a career-high five blocks while Petraitis added 12 points and 13 rebounds for Cal, which played without leading scorer Andrej Stojakovic (illness). Jamir Watkins scored 18 points for FSU, while Malique Ewin recorded his fifth straight double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds.



Stanford 88, Miami 51Box Score
Maxime Raynaud recorded his nation-leading 16th double-double of the season, scoring 28 points on 10-for-17 shooting, with 12 rebounds as Stanford cruised to an 88-51 win over Miami on Wednesday in Stanford, California. The Cardinals blitzed Miami early, bolting to a 21-3 lead over the games first 7:35. Stanford shot 52.3 percent from the floor in the game. Matthew Cleveland led the Hurricanes with 23 points.
