CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – The Atlantic Coast Conference continues to prove why it is the “Conference of Quarterbacks.” Four ACC quarterbacks — the most from any conference — have earned spots on the 2025 Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award Top 10, as announced by the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Educational Foundation, Inc.
The ACC’s impressive quartet includes Carson Beck (Miami), Haynes King (Georgia Tech), Darian Mensah (Duke) and Miller Moss (Louisville) — each a driving force behind their team’s success this season.
Following the unveiling of the preseason Top 25, these 10 elite quarterbacks have elevated their play week after week, displaying the consistency, composure, and competitive spirit that embody the legacy of Johnny Unitas — a symbol of integrity, teamwork, and perseverance.
Now in its 39th year, the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award, presented in partnership with A. O. Smith Corporation, celebrates the complete quarterback — a leader on the field, in the classroom, and within the community. The award honors the enduring impact of Unitas, whose toughness, humility, and excellence continue to inspire the next generation of football greats.
The 2025 Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award winner will be announced later this year at the annual Golden Arm Award Ceremony presented by A. O. Smith in Baltimore, Maryland.
