CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – The bracket and seeds for the 2025 ACC Men’s Soccer Championship were announced Friday evening following the conclusion of regular-season play. The tournament includes all 15 of the league’s men’s soccer programs and kicks off Wednesday, November 5, with first-round matches at seven campus sites.

Virginia (10-1-4, 5-0-3 ACC) won the ACC regular-season title and earned the tournament’s No. 1 seed for the first time since 2001. It marked UVA’s first regular-season crown since winning the Coastal Division in 2019. The Cavaliers also locked up the tournament’s lone bye and open postseason play at home on Sunday, November 9.

First-round play begins at 6 p.m. ET on Wednesday, as No. 3 seed NC State (11-1-4, 4-1-3 ACC) plays host to No. 14 seed Louisville (5-6-5, 1-5-2) and No. 6 seed Syracuse (7-6-3, 4-3-1) entertains No. 11 seed Virginia Tech (7-3-5, 2-3-3). Four matches start at 7 p.m. ET: No. 13 seed Pitt (5-6-5, 1-4-3) at No. 4 seed Clemson (8-4-3, 4-2-2), No. 12 seed California (6-7-2, 2-5-1) at No. 5 seed Duke (8-2-6, 4-2-2), No. 10 seed Wake Forest (7-3-6, 2-3-3) at No. 7 seed SMU (7-4-4, 3-2-3) and No. 9 seed North Carolina (8-4-4, 2-2-4) at No. 8 seed Notre Dame (8-5-4, 3-3-2). The nightcap features No. 15 seed Boston College (7-8-1, 1-6-1) heading west to face No. 2 seed Stanford (12-2-2, 5-2-1) at 9 p.m. ET.

Each of the first-round matches will stream on ACC Network Extra.

ACC Network will broadcast all four quarterfinal matches on Sunday, November 9, beginning at 2 p.m. ET. Top-seeded Virginia plays at 4 p.m. ET when it hosts either Notre Dame or North Carolina. The other quarterfinal game times will be determined Wednesday following the conclusion of the first round.

The semifinals will be played Thursday, November 13, at First Horizon Stadium at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, North Carolina, with the matches airing on ACC Network at 5:30 and 8 p.m. ET. The championship match will be broadcast from WakeMed Soccer Park on ESPNU on Sunday, November 16, at 1 p.m. ET.

Wake Forest is the tournament’s reigning champion. Following a 1-1 draw, the Demon Deacons defeated Clemson after eight rounds of penalty kicks for the 2024 ACC title, earning their fourth ACC Championship in program history.

In the latest NCAA RPI release from Friday, eight ACC teams are among the top 40, the most of any league. Stanford was ranked No. 6 nationally in the RPI and was followed by Virginia (7), NC State (9), Clemson (17), North Carolina (28), SMU (30), Notre Dame (33) and Duke (37).

ACC teams have won 20 NCAA men’s soccer championships, including 11 since 2001, and three of the last four with Clemson (2021 and 2023) and Syracuse (2022).
