CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) - The 2025 Atlantic Coast Conference Men's Soccer Championship begins on Wednesday, November 5, with s even first-round matches at campus sites. Each of the first-round matches are available to stream via ACC Network Extra.

Virginia claimed the tournament's No. 1 seed and earned the lone first-round bye. The Cavaliers open postseason play on Sunday, November 9, with a home quarterfinal match against either No. 8 seed Notre Dame or No. 9 seed North Carolina.

The first round and quarterfinals will be held at campus sites, before the championship shifts to First Horizon Stadium at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, North Carolina, for the final two rounds. The semifinals will be contested on Thursday, November 13, while the championship game will be played on Sunday, November 16.

Wake Forest is the tournament’s reigning champion. Following a 1-1 draw, the Demon Deacons defeated Clemson after eight rounds of penalty kicks for the 2024 ACC title, earning their fourth ACC Championship in program history.

Ticket books are $40 for all six matches. Single-game tickets for the semifinal matches are $10 in advance and $15 on gameday, while championship game tickets are $15 in advance and $20 on gameday. Tickets only are available online and no walk-up sales will be available.

Noting ACC Men's Soccer
• This is the 39th ACC Men's Soccer Championship.
• Wake Forest is the reigning tournament champion and is aiming to become the first repeat champ since the Demon Deacons pulled off the feat in 2016 and 2017.
• Among current ACC programs, Clemson and Virginia lead with 16 ACC Championships apiece. UVA has captured a league-best 11 tournament titles, while Clemson has won five.
• Virginia is the tournament's No. 1 seed for the first time since 2001. The Cavaliers won their first regular-season crown since earning the 2019 Coastal Division title.
• Three ACC teams are ranked among the top seven in the United Soccer Coaches Poll: Virginia (4), NC State (5) and Stanford (7). Thirteen of the 15 ACC teams have been ranked at some point in 2025.
• In the NCAA's Tuesday RPI report, seven ACC teams stand among the top 40, led by Virginia (4), NC State (9) and Stanford (10).
• ACC teams have combined for a 73-19-24 record in non-conference play (.737 win percentage, best of any league). 
• Four ACC teams rank among the leaders nationally in scoring offense: No. 4 Clemson (2.47), No. 12 NC State (2.31) and No. 16 Duke and Wake Forest (2.19).
• NC State's Donavan Phillip is tied for the national lead in goals with 15. SMU's Stephan Soghomonian is 19th nationally with nine goals.
• NC State leads the nation in scoring defense (0.25 goals/game). Duke and UNC are tied for 14th nationally (0.688).
• Nine ACC standouts were named to the Men’s Hermann Trophy Midseason Watch List: Ransford Gyan (Clemson), Kamran Acito and Kenan Hot (Duke), Logan Erb, Nikola Markovic and Donavan Phillip (NC State), Zach Bohane (Stanford), Nicholas Simmonds (Virginia) and Cooper Flax (Wake Forest).
• ACC teams have won 20 NCAA men’s soccer championships, with 11 since 2001, including three of the last four (Clemson 2021 & 2023, Syracuse 2022). Eight active ACC programs have won at least one national championship, the most of any conference. The 15 active ACC schools have combined for 20 titles.
