COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (theACC.com) – The Atlantic Coast Conference had 13 student-athletes earn National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) All-America honors, the organization announced Tuesday, December 16.
The ACC’s 13 All-America honorees are the most of any conference. The ACC placed six standouts on the first team, four on the second team and three on the third team. Seven of the ACC’s nine teams earned at least one All-America honor. North Carolina led the league with four All-Americans, followed by Syracuse, Virginia and Wake Forest with two honorees each.
