– Eight student-athletes from Atlantic Coast Conference men’s soccer programs were named to the 2025 United Soccer Coaches All-America Team. The ACC’s total of eight honorees marked the most of any conference.

NCAA runner-up NC State led all ACC programs with three honorees, as Nikola Markovic and Donavan Phillip earned first-team honors, while Logan Erb was a second-team pick. The three also notched ACC season awards, as Phillip was the ACC Offensive Player of the Year, Markovic was ACC Defensive Player of the Year and Erb was ACC Goalkeeper of the Year.

A pair of Virginia players earned All-America status, as freshman forward Nick Simmonds claimed first-team honors, and Umberto Pela notched second-team laurels. The 2025 ACC Freshman of the Year, Simmonds was one of just two freshman to earn a spot on the 2025 All-America Team.

Also named the 2025 ACC Midfielder of the Year, Clemson’s Ransford Gyan picked up first-team All-America honors.
