CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. (theACC.com) – Representing 28 percent of the 50 student-athletes honored, 14 Atlantic Coast Conference women’s golf standouts were named to the Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) Division I All-American Teams, announced by the organization on Tuesday, May 27.
Of the 12 first-team selections, a nation-best seven players were named to the first team, headlined by ACC Player of the Year Mirabel Ting of Florida State, ACC Championship medalist Andrea Revuelta of Stanford and ACC Freshman of the Year Meja Örtengren of Stanford. The other honorees include Carolina Chacarra (Wake Forest), Megha Ganne (Stanford), Paula Martín Sampedro (Stanford) and Lottie Woad (Florida State). The first-team honorees from the ACC combined to win 15 tournaments in 2024-25.
Second-team selections included Marie Eline Madsen (NC State), Amanda Sambach (Virginia) and Kelly Xu (Stanford), while four ACC players landed on the Honorable Mention list: Chloe Kovelesky (Wake Forest), Mackenzie Lee (SMU), Megan Propeck (Virginia) and Andie Smith (Duke).
