CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – North Carolina and Stanford claimed semifinal wins in the 2026 Atlantic Coast Conference Women’s Lacrosse Championship on Friday, April 24, at American Legion Memorial Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina.
No. 1 seed North Carolina topped No. 4 seed Syracuse, 19-9, to start the day. In the second game, No. 2 seed Stanford battled back late in the fourth quarter to knock off No. 3 seed Clemson, 13-12, and advance to the ACC Championship Game for the first time.
The championship game is slated for Sunday, April 26, at noon ET. ACC Network has the broadcast.

HERE. All-Session passes are good for all 10 games in the ACC Women’s Lacrosse Championship as well as the ACC Men’s Lacrosse Championship, which will be played May 1 and 3 in Charlotte.

No. 1 North Carolina 19, No. 4 Syracuse 9
Chloe Humphrey had a hand in nine North Carolina goals, scoring five and assisting on four as North Carolina (15-1) rolled to the win. Addison Pattillo added four goals for UNC. The Tar Heels ran out to a quick 7-1 lead midway through the first quarter and never looked back. UNC once again dominated the draw, with a 19-9 advantage. Emma Muchnick scored a hat trick for Syracuse (13-5).
No. 2 Stanford 13, No. 3 Clemson 12
Peep Williams’ behind-the-back goal with 33 seconds left capped a late Stanford rally as the Cardinal (15-3) scored the game’s final three goals in the last three minutes to advance following a back-and-forth battle. Williams and Ava Arceri each recorded hat tricks. Clemson (14-5) had staged its own rally, scoring four straight goals and holding Stanford scoreless for over 16 minutes to take a 12-10 lead. Aubrie Eisfeld tallied four goals and Emma Penczek recorded a hat trick for the Tigers.
