Seven Individuals, Five Doubles Teams Earn ITA Women's All-America Honors

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) - Seven Atlantic Coast Conference singles players and five doubles teams earned 2026 All-America honors in women’s tennis from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA), as announced Tuesday, May 26.
 
Seven ACC women’s tennis players were named ITA All-Americans in singles, highlighted by two players from both North Carolina and NC State. The honorees include:
  • Berta Passola Folch (California)
  • Irina Balus (Duke)
  • Reese Brantmeier (North Carolina)
  • Ange Oby Kajuru (North Carolina)
  • Mia Slama (NC State)
  • Gabriella Broadfoot (NC State)
  • Valerie Glozman (Stanford)
In doubles, five ACC pairs earned ITA All-America honors, headlined by two teams each from North Carolina and Virginia. The additional honorees include:
  • Reese Brantmeier & Alanis Hamilton (North Carolina)
  • Ange Oby Kajuru & Susanna Maltby (North Carolina)
  • Gabriella Broadfoot & Victoria Osuigwe (NC State)
  • Melodie Collard & Vivian Yang (Virginia)
  • Annabelle Xu & Martina Genis Salas (Virginia)
The criteria for ITA All-America singles honors include winning the ITA All-American Championship, advancing to the round of 16 at the NCAA Individual Championships or finishing in the top 20 of the final ITA Singles Rankings.

All-America recognition is awarded to doubles teams who win the ITA All-American Championship, reach the NCAA Championship quarterfinals or finish in the top 10 in the final ITA National Doubles Rankings.
