Teams will be divided into four (4) pools with seeds #1, 8, 12 in Pool A, seeds #2, 7, 11 in Pool B, seeds #3, 6, 10 in Pool C and seeds #4, 5, 9 in Pool D. 

The teams with the best record in the four (4) pools will compete in a single-elimination semifinal round (Pool A v. Pool D, Pool B v. Pool C). In the case of a three-way tie within a pool, the highest seed will advance to the semifinals.

The winners of the two semifinal games will meet for the Championship title on Sunday.
