Bailey Grossetti joined the conference after spending two years working as an athletic communications associate at the National Junior College Athletic Association.
While there, she served as the main point of contact for all Division I Sports, beach volleyball, and men's and women's wrestling, and as the main point of contact for media, marketing, and sports information. She also helped plan and execute 40 NJCAA National Championships across 17 different sports.
Prior to joining the NJCAA, she worked for the Charlotte Knights Minor League Baseball team.
Grossetti completed her Bachelor of Arts in Communications at Clemson University with a minor in Athletic Leadership. During her time at Clemson, she worked for CUTigers.com, covering Clemson University's football, baseball and basketball teams. While with CUTigers.com, she worked the 2018 ACC Football Kickoff, the 2018 and 2019 ACC Football Championships, and the 2019 College Football Playoff National Championship in New Orleans. She also worked for Clemson University's Scholarships Office, interned for The Cam Newton Foundation, and was an assistant volleyball coach for Dillon High School (S.C.).
A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, before relocating to Dillon, South Carolina, Grossetti grew up playing softball and volleyball, and loves all things Pittsburgh Steelers. She loves to read, eat, and spend time with her family and friends.
