Brad Hostetter serves as the ACC's Deputy Commissioner – Policy & Institutional Services.

In that role, he is responsible for the oversight of the conference’s governance process, oversight of the conference’s compliance, student-athlete programs and oversight support for the ACC Championships Department.  He also assists Commissioner Phillips in supporting the ACC Board of Directors and is appointed as Secretary of the ACC.

Hostetter, who joined the ACC in January 2012, previously worked at the NCAA Office in the Academic and Membership Affairs department from 2000-12. He served as the Director of Compliance at Weber State from 1998-2000.

A native of Newark, Ohio, Hostetter earned his History degree from the University of Cincinnati, where he was a pitcher on the baseball team, and received his Master's in Sport Administration from Florida State University.  

 
Brad resides in Charlotte and has two sons and a daughter.
