Caroline Gagen joined the conference in November of 2023. She currently serves at the Manger of Marketing.
Prior to joining the ACC, Gagen spent a year and half at Sam Houston State University, where she oversaw the marketing efforts of all 17 of their varsity sports. Prior to her time with the Bearkats, Gagen was with Wake Forest as a Fan Experience and Sales Coordinator, where she oversaw and assisted with the marketing and game production for Volleyball, Men's Soccer, and Baseball as well as the student rewards program, Screamin' Demon Rewards.
Gagen earned her Bachelor of Science in International Business and Business Administration, Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is currently pursuing her MBA in Digital Brand Communications at Clemson University.
A native of Garner, NC, she grew up a dedicated fan of the Carolina Hurricanes and the sport of hockey. Gagen enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling in her time outside of work.
