Donald Moore, Jr. has been with the ACC since 2007 and now serves as the Director of Football. In that role, he assists in football regular season administration and game management, and helps coordinate operations for the ACC Football Championship Game.
Moore first joined the league office in 2007 as an administration intern before joining the Championships staff as an assistant director. He was promoted to Director of Championships in 2013 and became Director of Football in 2018. A native of Greensboro, North Carolina, Moore first began working in athletics as a part-time Assistant Groundskeeper for the Greensboro Grasshoppers minor league baseball team from 2001-13.
Moore earned a bachelor's degree in Recreation and Parks Management with a minor in business from University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2007. He played on the Spartans' men's basketball team from 2003-07.
Moore and his wife, Olivia, reside in Greensboro with their dog JoJo DiMaggio Moore.
