Serving over 20 years in various HR roles, Ellie joins the ACC from the Charlotte Football Club where she was the Human Resources Business Partner. In her role, among many HR responsibilities, she also led the new franchise’s talent acquisition initiative, including the hiring of 85+ full-time employees and interns, helped create and implement the HR strategy, and oversaw employee engagement initiatives to build culture and strengthen team relationships.
Prior to Charlotte FC, Ellie spent five years in Atlanta as an HR Business Partner within The Blank Family of Business’, the parent company of the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United Football Club. Prior to the Blank Family of Business’, Ellie spent 16 years with D.C. United, providing the full spectrum of HR services to the franchise.
Ellie lives in Cornelius with her husband, Jason, and their two sons.
