Milton Roy joined the ACC office in May 2023 and serves as Director of Compliance. He is the primary point of contact for institutional compliance staff assisting with rules interpretations, waivers, and the NLI program among other support duties.
Prior to joining the ACC, Milton served as the Assistant AD for Compliance at Wake Forest University since 2018. Additionally, Milton has prior conference office experience at the Southeastern Conference as well as multiple stops at the campus level having worked at South Carolina State, UCF and Georgetown University.
Originally from Columbia, SC Milton received his bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, NC and a master’s degree in Sport Administration from Grambling State University.
