Milton Roy joined the Atlantic Coast Conference in May 2023 and currently serves as Director of Compliance. In his role, Roy serves as a primary point of contact for institutional compliance staffs, providing support with NCAA and CSC rules interpretations, waivers, rules education and other compliance-related matters.
Prior to joining the ACC, Roy served as Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance at Wake Forest University. He also brings previous conference office experience from the Southeastern Conference, along with campus experience at South Carolina State University, UCF and Georgetown University.
A native of Columbia, South Carolina, Roy earned a bachelor’s degree in sport management from Johnson C. Smith University, where he was a member of the football team as an offensive lineman. He later earned a master’s degree in sport administration from Grambling State University.
