Thomas Pritchard serves as the Manager of Business, Legal and Commercial Operations. He joined the ACC in 2024 as an Administrative Assistant.
In his current role, he works across business and legal affairs, supporting the Chief Operating and Business Officer and the Chief Legal Officer. He also collaborates closely with the Chief Revenue Officer on commercial and revenue-focused initiatives. His responsibilities include supporting Conference governance and executive operations, coordinating strategic projects and helping advance initiatives that create value for ACC member institutions.
Prior to joining the ACC, Pritchard completed the NCAA’s Postgraduate Internship Program in the Executive Affairs Office, supporting President Charlie Baker. He also worked in the athletics department at New York University, where he helped foster partnerships supporting the department’s mental health initiatives.
Pritchard will serve on the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance Young Professionals Board through 2028 and is a member of the NYU Global Sport Mentorship Program and the NYU North Carolina Alumni Club.
A native of Durham, North Carolina, Pritchard earned his bachelor’s degree in sports management, with a minor in the business of entertainment, from NYU. He was a four-year First-Team All-American on the NYU men’s swimming team. Pritchard is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Massachusetts.
