Vince Hug serves as Director of Football for the Atlantic Coast Conference, supporting football operations, game administration, championship planning, and the implementation of conference policies and technology initiatives.
Prior to joining the ACC, Hug spent six seasons with the Los Angeles Rams in football operations, supporting team travel, game-day logistics, training camp and other organizational operations. His collegiate athletics experience includes serving as Director of Football Operations at the University of Nevada and San José State University, along with previous roles at Arizona State University and Lake Erie College.
A former two-sport collegiate student-athlete in football and baseball, Hug earned both his bachelor’s degree in business administration and master’s degree in education from Lake Erie College.
Vince lives in Charlotte with his wife, Jessica, and their two children.
