Andrew Bacon joined the conference office in 2015 and serves as the Assistant Director of Advanced Media.
Bacon covers all 27 ACC sports as a videographer and editor, creating content for social media and ACC Championship videoboards and maintaining the ACC archive. Bacon also fills video requests from media and ACC member institutions.
Prior to joining the ACC, Bacon spent three years at Western Illinois Athletics where he produced video highlights and content for all 18 sports and addition to hosting and producing the WIU Football coach’s show.
A native of Chatham, Illinois, Bacon earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Sports Broadcasting from Western Illinois University in 2015.
Bacon and his wife, Katie, have two miniature Aussies named Booth and Barry. In his spare time, Bacon enjoys flying drones as a licensed pilot, traveling with his family and hiking near Asheville, North Carolina.
