Tigers Rally Past No. 20 Red Storm 9-8
CLEMSON, S.C. (ClemsonTigers.com) - No. 2 Clemson scored its last eight runs with two outs in its 9-8 victory over No. 20 St. John's in the Clemson Regional at Doug Kingsmore Stadium on Sunday afternoon. The Tigers improved to 47-15, while the Red Storm's season ended at 40-17.
Tiger reliever Ryan Miller (7-1) earned the win, as he allowed three runs in 5.2 innings pitched. Red Storm starter Jeff Belge (6-4) suffered the loss, as he yielded three hits, four runs and three walks with a career-high-tying nine strikeouts in 5.2 innings pitched.
Vanderbilt Downs Tigers 19-6
CLEMSON, S.C. (ClemsonTigers.com) - Vanderbilt hit nine home runs in its 19-6 victory over No. 2 Clemson to win the Clemson Regional at Doug Kingsmore Stadium on Sunday night. The Commodores improved to 34-25, while the Tigers' season ended with a 47-16 record. Clemson's 47 wins were its most since 2006.
Vanderbilt starter Mason Hickman (8-2) earned the win by allowing six hits, five runs and two walks with five strikeouts in 5.0 innings pitched. Tiger starter Spencer Strider (5-2) suffered the loss.
Duke Slugs Way into NCAA Athens Regional Final
ATHENS, Ga. (GoDuke.com) – No. 18 Duke erupted for 15 runs on a season-high 22 hits to down Troy, 15-6, in an NCAA Athens Regional elimination game Sunday afternoon at Foley Field.
Eight of the Duke starting nine had at least two hits in the contest and the Blue Devils banged out eight extra base hits, including the first two home runs of freshman Chris Crabtree’s career. Crabtree’s four total hits led the way while Max Miller, Griffin Conine and Chris Proctor had three hits apiece.
The victory sends Duke into the regional finals to take on host Georgia. The Blue Devils and the Bulldogs square off at 1 p.m., Monday, June 4 Should the Blue Devils win, the two teams would face off again at 5 p.m.
Louisville Advances to NCAA Regional Championship
LUBBOCK, Texas (GoCards.com) - Danny Oriente matched a career high with four RBIs and Bobby Miller pitched eight innings as the No. 21 Louisville baseball team advanced to the championship round of an NCAA Regional for the seventh straight season with Sunday afternoon's 12-6 win over Kent State at Rip Griffin Park.
The No. 2 seeded Cardinals (45-18) advanced to the final round of the NCAA Lubbock Regional and a rematch with host Texas Tech on Sunday night. Making its ninth appearance in the championship round of NCAA Regional in head coach Dan McDonnell's 12 seasons, Louisville dropped a 10-4 decision to the Red Raiders (41-17) on Saturday night. The Cardinals will need a win on Sunday night to force a winner-take-all finale on Monday.
Season Ends for No. 21 Cardinals with NCAA Loss at No. 9 Texas Tech
LUBBOCK, Texas (GoCards.com) - The 21st-ranked Louisville baseball team concluded its 2018 season with a 11-6 loss to No. 9 Texas Tech in the championship round of the NCAA Lubbock Regional on Sunday night at Rip Griffin Park.
The Cardinals finished with a 45-19 record overall after advancing to the final round of an NCAA Regional for the seventh straight season. Louisville also registered its seventh straight 40-win season and the 11th in 12 seasons under head coach Dan McDonnell. Texas Tech will face the winner of the NCAA Athens Regional in next week's NCAA Super Regional.
No. 6 Tar Heels Slug Past Houston To Reach Supers
CHAPEL HILL (GoHeels.com) - NCAA Chapel Hill Regional Most Outstanding Player Michael Busch had three hits and four RBIs to lead an offensive onslaught as No. 6 North Carolina powered past Houston 19-11 Sunday night to secure its first Super Regional berth since 2013. Seven Tar Heels had multi-hit games, including Kyle Datres, who led off the UNC first with a solo homer and scored five times on the night. Austin Bergner worked 5.2 solid innings on the mound for Carolina, which will face No. 11 Stetson in next weekend's Super Regional round.
The Tar Heels etched their name in the record books tonight as the 19 runs scored and the 30 combined runs are the most in a NCAA Tournament game in Carolina baseball history. Carolina and Houston combined to score 18 runs between the sixth and eighth innings while combining to use 12 pitchers over the course of the game.
Baseball Powers Past Army, Advances To NCAA Regional Final

The Wolfpack improves to 42-17 on the season and the Black Knights end their season with a 37-24 record. The squad will face second-seeded Auburn this evening in the final.

RALEIGH, N.C. (GoPack.com) – The NC State baseball team advanced to the NCAA Regional Final for the fourth consecutive season but saw its strong 2018 season come to a close with a 15-7 loss against the Auburn Tigers on Sunday night at Doak Field at Dail Park.
With the win, the Tigers advance to the NCAA Super Regionals to face the winner of the Gainesville Regional.
The Wolfpack concludes the season with a 42-18 overall record and Auburn moves to 42-21. NC State recorded the program's first 40-win season since 2013 and matched the program record with 19 ACC wins.
