Highlights from Non-Conference Play

• Currently standing at 176-55 (.762) in non-conference action with three games remaining in February, the ACC is on pace for its best non-league record since the 2018-19 season (165-47, .778) The ACC was 130-69 (.653) in non-conference games in the 2024-25 regular season.
• The ACC had nine different teams start 10-2 or better this season, most among all D-I conferences. That is tied for the conference’s second most in a single campaign (2017-18), behind the 2016-17 season (11 teams). (StatsPerform)
• As of Monday, ACC teams own 16 Quad 1 NET wins. One of 10 ACC schools with a Quad 1 win, Duke is tied for the national lead with four Quad 1 wins. The 10 teams with at least one Quad 1 win is tied for the most of any league.
• The ACC's total of 38 wins this season against power conference teams is second most of any league; the ACC recorded 20 wins against power conferences last season. 
• ACC teams have posted 26 100-point games in non-conference play, which is a league record. It tops the ACC's 1989-90 season (24) for the most in conference history. ACC teams recorded 11 100-point games in non-conference play last season. (StatsPerform)

• ACC teams have combined to limit their opponents to 69.2 ppg, which is fewest of any D-I conference.

ACC Men's Basketball Quick Hits
• League play begins on Tuesday. For the first time since the 2018-19 season, ACC teams will play 18-game conference schedules. 
• Four ACC teams are ranked in the latest national polls: Duke (No. 6 AP/5 USA Today), North Carolina (No. 12 AP/USAT), Louisville (No. 16 AP/13 USAT) and Virginia (No. 21 AP/USAT). Four other ACC teams are receiving votes in at least one poll.
• In the Monday NET rankings, eight ACC teams are among the top 40, tied for second most of any conference. Duke (3), North Carolina (15) and Louisville (17) lead all ACC programs.
• Five ACC freshmen rank among the top 13 freshmen nationally in scoring, led by Duke's Cameron Boozer, who not only is tops among all D-I freshmen at 23.3 ppg but also leads all players:

• SMU's B.J. Edwards (triple-double vs. Cal State Fullerton) earned ACC Player of the Week honors and Stanford's Ebuka Okorie (30 points vs. Cal State Bakersfield) was named Rookie of the Week, following games played December 22-28.
• Edwards is the lone player nationally to record two triple-doubles this season and is just the seventh player in ACC history to record two triple-doubles in a career.
