Williams, who played all 40 minutes, led all scorers with 23 points and totaled 11 rebounds, while Haley Cavinder recorded 17 points for her 24th game this season scoring in double figures. Defensively, the Panthers held the Tigers to just 31.3 percent (21-for-67) from the field, including a 9-for-36 (25.0 percent) from behind the 3-point arc, while Pitt shot 60.0 percent (24-for-40) from the floor and 7-for-13 (53.8 percent) from distance. The 60.0 shooting percentage is the Panthers' highest in a game this season and their best mark since shooting 60.7 percent against Bryant on November 16, 2022. For Clemson, Loyal McQueen led the way with 17 points, while Hannah Kohn connected on five 3-pointers for 15 points.
