CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – The ACC is loaded with talent heading into the 2025 season — and the latest College Football Freaks List proves it. Seventeen of the conference’s top athletes were named to
The Athletic’s annual Freaks List, which highlights the most physically gifted and athletically impressive players in the country.
This year’s group of ACC Freaks includes eight offensive players, eight defensive players, and one specialist, spread across 11 different schools. NC State and Virginia Tech led the way with three players named to the list, while Pitt and Virginia each had two players recognized.
The list, initially published in 2005, is created using insights from a diverse range of sources, including college coaches, team staff, teammates, NFL scouts, NFL Combine trainers, and agents.
Whether it's blazing speed, remarkable strength, or elite-level explosiveness, these players are making waves in the weight room, on the practice field, and during games.
