This Week in ACC Men's Tennis

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) - Week three of the 2026 Atlantic Coast Conference Men’s Tennis spring season will see a full slate of weekend matches, with 11 league teams in action beginning on Friday, January 23.

This weekend’s matches are headlined by three Top-25 matchups. Friday will see No. 18 Duke face off with in-state foe No. 9 NC State at 11:30 a.m. ET in Raleigh, North Carolina, while No. 15 California hosts No. 17 Oklahoma later that evening at 5 p.m. ET. On Saturday, January 24, No. 20 Florida State will take on No. 22 Pepperdine at 1 p.m. ET in Tucson, Arizona.

In the most recent Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Division I Men’s Top 25 Coaches Poll announced on Thursday, January 22, the ACC had seven teams ranked, highlighted by Wake Forest at No. 1, Virginia at No. 2 and Stanford at No. 3. NC State (No. 9) California (No. 15), Duke (No. 18) and Florida State (No. 20) filled out the rest of the rankings. The ACC’s seven teams are the most of any conference.

Noting ACC Men’s Tennis
  • Virginia’s Måns Dahlberg and Dylan Dietrich won the 2025 NCAA Division I Men’s Tennis Doubles Championship on Sunday, November 23, at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Florida.
  • ACC men’s tennis players earned 11 ITA All-American honors in singles or doubles at the 2025 NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships. The full list of All-America honorees will be announced at the conclusion of the 2025–26 season once all criteria have been finalized.
  • The 2025 ACC Men’s and Women’s Tennis Championships will be held April 14-19 at Cary Tennis Park in Cary, North Carolina.
