CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) - In the sixth set of weekly honors for the 2025-26 Atlantic Coast Conference Men’s Tennis season, the Stanford duo of Alex Chang & Alex Razeghi was named the ACC Men’s Doubles Team of the Week. Additionally, SMU’s Trevor Svajda was named the ACC Men’s Player of the Week, while Clemson’s Matisse Farzam was named the ACC Men’s Freshman of the Week.
 
ACC MEN’S DOUBLES TEAM OF THE WEEK
Alex Chang, Stanford, Gr. (Berkeley, California)
Alex Razeghi, Stanford, So. (Humble, Texas)

• Went 3-0 in doubles play on the weekend, winning two doubles matches against Top 10 opponents.
  • Defeated the Ohio State duo of No. 7 Alexander Bernard and Alex Okonkwo, 7-6 (5).
  • Defeated the Mississippi State duo of No. 6 Petar Jovanovic and Benito Sanchez Martinez, 6-3.
  • Defeated the Arizona State duo of Shu Matsuoka and Niels Villard, 6-1.

ACC MEN’S PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Trevor Svajda, SMU, Jr. (San Diego, California)

• Defeated No. 13 Aidan Kim of No. 2 Ohio State, 6-4, 6-2.
• Defeated No. 54 Adhithya Ganesan of No. 23 Florida, 6-1, 7-5.
• Defeated Bor Artnak No. 22 Arizona State, 6-2, 6-2.
• Remains undefeated in singles play with an 8-0 record, including four ranked wins, without losing a single set.

 
ACC MEN’S FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK
Matisse Farzam, Clemson, Fr. (Norwalk, Connecticut)

• Scored two singles wins and one doubles win.
  • Defeated Arizona State’s Matsuoka, 7-6 (4), 7-6 (5).
  • Defeated Florida’s Lorenzo Claverie, 7-6 [10-8], 7-6 (5)
  • Teamed with Marko Mesarovic to defeat Arizona State’s Jelani Sarr and Kristoff Minarik, 6-4.
