Stanford's Roberts Named Finalist for Prestigious AAI Award

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) - Stanford’s Anna Roberts has been named a finalist for the 2026 American Athletic Inc. (AAI) Award presented to the nation’s most outstanding senior women’s gymnast.

At the end of the regular season, Roberts led the ACC in three categories, posting the highest National Qualifying Score (NQS) in vault (9.910 NQS), beam (9.930 NQS) and the All-Around (39.630 NQS). On Monday, March 16, she was named to the 2026 All-ACC Gymnastics team for all four rotations and the all-around.

Roberts closed out the regular season with 23 event titles, a program record for the best all-around score with a 39.875, and season-high scores of 10.000 on vault, 10.000 on floor, 9.975 on bars and 9.950 on beam. The Seattle, Washington, native was the only ACC gymnast to record a 10.000 on any event this season.

Roberts was one of three ACC gymnasts to be nominated for the 2026 AAI Award, along with Clemson’s Brie Clark and North Carolina’s Gwen Fink. The Cardinal standout is joined by Jordan Chiles (UCLA), Carly Bauman (Michigan), Gabby Gladieux (Alabama), Morgan Price (Arkansas), Nikki Smith (Michigan State) and Faith Torrez (Oklahoma) as finalists.
