CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) - Four Atlantic Coast Conference Men's Lacrosse teams are in action at home this weekend, including three against top-20 opponents.
No. 5 North Carolina takes on No. 19 Army on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. ET, with the game airing on ACC Network. On Sunday, No. 8 Syracuse plays host to No. 13 Georgetown and No. 6 Duke welcomes No. 14 Denver, with both games at 1 p.m. on ACCNX.
Virginia entertains Utah at 11 a.m. Saturday at UVa's Scott Stadium, which will play host to the 2026 NCAA Men's Lacrosse Championships over Memorial Day Weekend.
Top-ranked Notre Dame is idle this weekend.
Four ACC teams earned spots among the top eight in the latest USILA rankings, with Notre Dame (1), North Carolina (5), Duke (6) and Syracuse (8).

Noting ACC Men's Lacrosse
• North Carolina's Anthony Raio (Offensive) and Leif Hagerup (Defensive) were selected the ACC Players of the Week for games played from March 9-15.
• In the latest NCAA RPI, released March 18, four ACC teams are among the top 10, with Syracuse (2), Notre Dame (3), Duke (6) and North Carolina (9).
• ACC teams are 30-7 in non-conference action, with Duke (7-0) and Notre Dame (6-0) among five teams nationally that are still undefeated.
• ACC teams represent four of the top nine teams nationally in scoring offense: No. 1 Duke (18.4 goals/game), No. 3 North Carolina (15.0), No. 5 Notre Dame (14.8) and No. 9 Virginia (14.0).
• Four ACC teams are among the top teams nationally in scoring defense: No. 2 Duke (6.9), No. 6 Notre Dame (8.3), No. 11 North Carolina (8.8) and No. 14 Syracuse (8.9).
• 21 ACC players were named 2026 Preseason All-Americans by Inside Lacrosse, including seven first-teamers. Both totals are most of any conference.
• Duke's John Danowski (first, 491), ND's Kevin Corrigan (second, 376) and UNC's Joe Breschi (third, 268) own the most Division I wins among active D-I head coaches. Virginia's Lars Tiffany is eighth with 214). Danowski is the winningest Division I head coach all-time.
• Reigning ACC champion Syracuse was tabbed the ACC favorite in the Preseason ACC Coaches Poll. The Orange were followed by Notre Dame, North Carolina, Duke and Virginia, respectively.
• The 2026 ACC schedule features four games per team (two road, two home). League play starts next week on Saturday, March 28.
• The 2026 ACC Tournament will be contested May 1 and 3, featuring the top four teams in the league standings competing at Charlotte's American Legion Memorial Stadium.
• The University of Virginia will serve as the host of the 2026 NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Championships, which will be contested at Scott Stadium from May 23-25.
• 17 ACC regular-season games are slated to be televised on ESPNU or ACC Network. The three games of the ACC Tournament also air on ACCN.
• The ACC owns 19 NCAA Championships, including four of the last six with Virginia in 2019 and 2021 and Notre Dame in 2023 and 2024.
• The five active ACC teams have combined for 27 national championships, including 11 of the last 17.
• Syracuse owns 10 NCAA titles (most of any NCAA program), while Virginia has won seven, UNC five, Duke three and Notre Dame two.
• Syracuse advanced to NCAA Championship Weekend last season for the first time since 2013 and its first time as a member of the ACC.
• At least one ACC team has advanced to the national semifinals in 50 of the 54 years in which the NCAA Tournament has been contested.
