GREENSBORO, N.C. (theACC.com) – Florida State’s John Pak has been named the Atlantic Coast Conference Men’s Golfer of the Month for February. 

Pak, a sophomore from Scotch Plains, New Jersey, won two of his three tournaments and posted three top 5 finishes.  He won the challenging Sea Best Invitational at TPC Sawgrass with a 4-under-par score of 206, while leading the Seminoles to the team title against a field that included nine of the top 50 ranked teams in the country. 

A week later, Pak and the Seminoles posted wins in the Mobile Sports Authority Intercollegiate.   Pak shot a 9-under 63 in the second round, tying for the fourth-lowest round in program history, to win the individual title.  Florida State also won the tournament. 

Pak wrapped up the month with a fifth-place finish (-5) in the Seminole Intercollegiate.  His scoring average for the month of February was 68.75.
