CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – The Atlantic Coast Conference is set for a busy and highly competitive weekend on the mats, with six teams in action over a three-day stretch from November 21–23. Programs will be spread across the country in major tournaments, home events, and marquee ranked duals as the conference continues to build early-season momentum.
No. 8 Virginia Tech headlines the weekend on the tournament circuit, traveling to Philadelphia for the PRTC Keystone Classic, while No. 23 Stanford will stay out west in Bakersfield, California, to compete in the Roadrunner Open.
In Chapel Hill, North Carolina, No. 21 North Carolina will host the Carolina Duals on Friday, November 21, welcoming three in-state schools for a full day of competition. Duke will also be in multi-match action, taking on VMI and Mercyhurst in a Friday tri-match hosted by VMI.
Two ACC teams will step into high-profile road environments for ranked non-conference duals. No. 19 Pitt heads to Iowa City, Iowa, for a showdown with No. 3 Iowa, while Virginia travels to Ann Arbor, Michigan, for a dual against No. 13 Michigan.
