CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) - The 2025 Atlantic Coast Conference softball season continues this week as 14 of the 15 league teams continue conference play.
After four weeks of conference play, Florida State leads the ACC with a 6-0 league record, while Stanford (8-1) and California (5-1) have one loss apiece.
On Tuesday, March 25, the ACC took home five wins in non-conference play, headlined by California, Boston College, Notre Dame, Louisville and Stanford each adding another game to the win column.
Syracuse, No. 8 Florida State, North Carolina, California and NC State will hit the field for more non-conference midweek matchups on Wednesday, March 26.
This weekend’s conference series include North Carolina at Syracuse, Pitt at Boston College, Virginia at Notre Dame, Stanford at Virginia Tech, Duke at Louisville, California at Clemson and NC State at Florida State. Georgia Tech will host No. 15 Oklahoma State on Thursday and Friday, March 27-28, and Penn State on Sunday, March 30, in Atlanta, Georgia.
Five ACC teams were ranked in the latest ESPN.com/USA Softball Top 25, led by No. 8 Florida State. Joining the Seminoles are Virginia Tech at No. 12, Stanford at No. 16, Duke at No. 19 and Virginia at No. 22. Clemson and California are receiving votes.

- Clemson swept the ACC Softball weekly awards as Alex Brown earned Player of the Week honors and Reese Baringer was tabbed ACC Pitcher of the Week for games played March 17-23.

- Nine ACC softball players were named to the USA Softball Top 53 Watch List for the 2025 USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year, USA Softball announced on Wednesday, January 22. Among the list are Florida State’s Julia Apsel, Jaysoni Beachum, Michaela Edenfield and Isa Torres, Duke’s Aminah Vega, Cassidy Curd and D’Auna Jennings, and Virginia Tech’s Emma Lemley and Bre Peck.
