13 ACC Standouts Named CRCA All-Americans

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – Following its third national championship in program history, Stanford placed five student-athletes on the 2025 Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA) All-America list, headlining a list of 13 Atlantic Coast Conference honorees, announced by the CRCA on Friday, June 6.

All five Stanford student-athletes, who are part of the Varsity Eight, landed on the first team, including Honor Warburg, who was one of the three first-team coxswains. It marks the fourth time in program history Stanford has placed five rowers on the first team.

In addition, the CRCA named Stanford head coach Derek Byrnes the Region 3 Coach of the Year.

Seven ACC rowers from four different schools earned second-team honors, while Duke’s Lena Mills was named to the Honorable Mention list as the lone ACC representative.

The CRCA All-America teams also serve as the foundation for the selection of CRCA Athlete of the Year finalists.
