This Week in ACC Gymnastics

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) - The third week of the 2026 Atlantic Coast Conference Gymnastics season will begin on Saturday, January 17, as conference competition starts.

Conference competition is highlighted by two Top 25 matchups, as No. 14 Clemson travels to Raleigh, North Carolina, on Saturday to face off against No. 21 NC State at 4 p.m. ET on ACCNX. On Sunday, No. 13 Stanford will head across the country to No. 11 North Carolina at 3:45 p.m. ET on ACC Network. Also on Sunday, No. 20 California travels to Pittsburgh at 4 p.m. ET on ACCNX.

All six ACC teams are ranked in the Road to Nationals Top 30, led by North Carolina in the No. 11 spot. Stanford sits at No. 13, Clemson at No. 14, California at No. 19, NC State at No. 21 and Pitt at No. 29. These rankings are based on the average of all scores throughout the season.

Noting ACC Gymnastics
  • Five ACC teams were ranked in the top 25 of the 2026 WGCA Preseason Coaches Poll: Stanford (No. 13), Clemson (No. 19), California (No. 20), NC State (No. 23) and North Carolina (No. 24).
  • Reigning ACC Champion Stanford has been voted the favorite to win the 2026 ACC Women's Gymnastics title, following a vote of the league's six head coaches. Clemson came in second, followed by reigning ACC regular-season champion California in third.
  • ESPN networks will once again serve as the home of college gymnastics, delivering wall-to-wall coverage of the 2026 NCAA Women’s Gymnastics season across ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, SEC Network, ACC Network and ESPN+. All meets will be available to stream on the ESPN App via ESPN DTC or Pay TV authentication, with hundreds more live on ESPN+.
  • ACC women's gymnastics will be featured on ACC Network and ESPN throughout the season, including the 2026 ACC Gymnastics Championships on Saturday, March 21, at First Horizon Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina.
