CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) - In the seventh set of weekly honors for the 2025-26 Atlantic Coast Conference Men’s Tennis season, the Clemson duo of Viktor Markov and Noa Vudakin was named the ACC Men’s Doubles Team of the Week. Additionally, Vudakin was named the ACC Men’s Player of the Week, while Wake Forest’s Mees Rottgering was named the ACC Men’s Freshman of the Week.
 
ACC MEN’S DOUBLES TEAM OF THE WEEK
Viktor Markov, Clemson, So. (Sofia, Bulgaria)
Noa Vudakin, Clemson, Jr. (Zagreb, Croatia)

• Went 2-0 in doubles play on the weekend, including a ranked matchup win.
  • Defeated the UCF duo of No. 69 Yassine Dlimi and Paul Colin, 6-3.
  • Defeated the USF duo of Hugo Car and Elijah Cham, 6-4.

ACC MEN’S PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Noa Vudakin, Clemson, Jr. (Zagreb, Croatia)

• Recorded a singles win over a ranked opponent and two doubles wins, including one over a ranked opponent.
  • Defeated No. 82 Elijah Cham of USF, 6-3, 6-3.
  • Teamed up with Markov to help defeat the UCF duo of Yassine Dlimi and Paul Colin, 6-3.
  • Helped defeat the USF duo of Hugo Car and Elijah Cham, 6-4.

 
ACC MEN’S FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK
Mees Rottgering, Wake Forest, Fr. (Wanssum, Netherlands)

• Scored three singles wins and two doubles wins to help lead the Demon Deacons to a 3-0 week.
  • Defeated Baylor’s No. 39 Zsomber Velcz, 6-2, 6-3.
  • Defeated Queens’ Noe Villen, 6-4, 6-2.
  • Defeated Coastal Carolina’s Christopher Norlin, 6-1, 6-2.
  • Helped defeat the Queens duo of Tanner Cooley and Filippo Scala, 6-0.
  • Helped defeat the Coastal Carolina duo of Norlin and Iannis Fernandes, 6-3.
