CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – Seven Atlantic Coast Conference Women's Lacrosse games are scheduled for Saturday, March 21, including six league contests.

ACC Network will feature No. 16 Boston College at No. 1 North Carolina on Saturday, March 21, at noon ET. The matchup is a rematch of the 2025 ACC Championship game. On Wednesday, March 25, at 6 p.m., ESPNU will broadcast the No. 11 Northwestern at No. 1 North Carolina matchup, which is a rematch of the 2025 NCAA Championship game.

In addition to the BC-UNC game Saturday, there are a pair of other matchups between top-25 teams, as No. 9 Clemson travels to No. 24 Pitt at noon ET and No. 10 Syracuse, coming off consecutive wins over No. 4 Northwestern and No. 7 Yale, visits No. 19 Virginia at 2 p.m. ET. Both games air on ACCNX.

Nine ACC women’s lacrosse teams are ranked among the top 25 in the latest IWLCA poll, led by North Carolina at No. 1 and Stanford at No. 2. They are followed in the IWLCA poll by No. 9 Clemson, No. 10 Syracuse, No. 13 Notre Dame, No. 15 Duke, No. 16 Boston College, No. 19 Virginia and No. 24 Pitt. 

The ACC has the most teams in the poll among all conferences.

Noting ACC Women's Lacrosse
• Syracuse sophomore midfielder Molly Guzik claimed ACC Offensive Player of the Week honors, while Clemson freshman defender Teagan Scott earned the ACC Defensive Player of the Week distinction for games played from March 9-15.
• North Carolina (8-0) and Stanford (8-0) remain undefeated and are among five unbeaten teams nationally. Each at 6-0, they also are the only remaining undefeated teams in conference play, two games ahead of 4-2 Boston College.
• North Carolina and Stanford are two of five remaining unbeaten teams nationally. UNC tops the nation in scoring at 17.0 goals per game.
• ACC teams comprise three of the nation’s top scoring defenses: UNC (second, 5.88 goals per game), Syracuse (fourth, 7.11) and Stanford (fifth, 7.44). 
• The reigning Tewaaraton Trophy honoree, UNC’s Chloe Humphrey leads the nation in goals per game (5.14) and points per game (7.29). 
• ACC teams are 39-16 (.709) in non-conference play this season.
• 19 ACC players were named to the preseason watch list for the 2026 Tewaaraton Award. That is the most of any conference.
• Now in its 30th season, ACC women's lacrosse expanded to 13 teams this year, as Florida State competes in its inaugural season.
• Reigning ACC and NCAA champion North Carolina is the preseason favorite to win the 2026 ACC Championship, following a vote of the ACC’s head coaches. The Tar Heels also put a league-best four players on the Preseason All-ACC Team. 
• 32 ACC players were named 2026 Preseason All-Americans by USA Lacrosse Magazine, including six first-teamers, most of any conference. North Carolina led all ACC programs with six preseason All-Americans.
• 21 ACC women's lacrosse games are scheduled for linear television, including 18 on ACC Network and three on ESPNU. All seven games of the ACC Championship will air on ACC Network.
• Sixteen current or former ACC players are part of the 22-woman roster for the 2026 U.S. World Lacrosse Championship Team. The championship will be contested July 24-August 2 in Tokyo. The team will be coached by current Boston College head coach Acacia Walker-Weinstein.
• For the first time, ACC teams will play a 10-game conference schedule this season. The conference tournament features the top eight teams in the final standings, competing April 22-26 at American Legion Memorial Stadium in Charlotte.
• North Carolina won its fourth national championship in program history in 2025, completing an undefeated season with a 12-8 victory over Northwestern in the title game. 
• Since the ACC began sponsoring women's lacrosse in 1997, ACC teams have won 14 NCAA titles, including four of the last five.
• With Boston College and North Carolina in 2025, the ACC had at least two teams competing in the NCAA's Championship Weekend for the 20th time in league history, including the seventh straight.
