CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) - In the 11th set of weekly honors for the 2025-26 Atlantic Coast Conference Men’s Tennis season, the Notre Dame duo of Luis Llorens Saracho and Peter Nad was named the ACC Men’s Doubles Team of the Week. Additionally, Virginia’s Dylan Dietrich was named the ACC Men’s Player of the Week, while North Carolina’s Kase Schinnerer was named the ACC Men’s Freshman of the Week.
 
ACC MEN’S DOUBLES TEAM OF THE WEEK
Luis Llorens Saracho, Notre Dame, So. (Madrid, Spain)
Peter Nad, Notre Dame, So. (Košice, Slovakia)

• Led Notre Dame to two conference victories over No. 23 Stanford, 4-2, and No. 65 California, 4-0, while going 3-0 in doubles play.
  • Defeated Stanford’s No. 6 Alex Chang and Alex Razeghi, 6-2.
  • Defeated California’s Alex Aney and Tiago Silva, 6-4.
  • Defeated Marist’s Nick Suhanitski and Thomas Bevan, 6-3.

ACC MEN’S PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Dylan Dietrich, Virginia, Jr. (Zurich, Switzerland)

• Recorded two top-25 singles wins and a ranked doubles win on the week.
  • Defeated NC State’s No. 17 Martin Borisiouck, 3-6, 6-3, 6-4.
  • Defeated Wake Forest’s No. 21 DK Suresh Ekambaram, 6-3, 6-4.
  • Helped defeat NC State’s No. 21 Martin Borisiouk and Jules Leroux, 6-4.

ACC MEN’S FRESHMAN OF THE WEEK

• Won both of the clinching singles matches in victories over No. 38 Clemson and No. 52 Georgia Tech.
  • Defeated Clemson’s Yannic Nittman, 7-6 (8), 6-3.
  • Defeated Georgia Tech’s Richard Biagiotti, W, 3-6, 6-4, 6-1.
