CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) - The ninth week of the 2026 Atlantic Coast Conference Men’s Tennis spring season will see a full slate of weekend matches, kicking off on Thursday, March 5, as Boston College hosts North Carolina at 1 p.m. ET.
This weekend will feature one ranked conference matchup, as No. 21 Stanford hosts the top-ranked team in the league, No. 3 Virginia, at 3 p.m. ET on Sunday, March 8.
In the most recent Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Division I Men’s Top 25 Coaches Poll announced on Tuesday, March 3, the ACC had five teams ranked, highlighted by Virginia at No. 3 and Wake Forest at No. 4. Notre Dame (No. 16), Stanford (No. 21) and NC State (No. 23) filled out the rest of the top 25.

Noting ACC Men’s Tennis
- Virginia’s Dylan Dietrich and SMU’s Trevor Svajda were ranked as the No. 1 and 2 overall singles players in the country, respectively, on Tuesday, March 3, in the ITA Individual Rankings.
- Virginia's duo of Mans Dahlberg and Dylan Dietrich is ranked No. 3 nationally in doubles, while Wake Forest's DK Suresh Ekambaram and Andrew Delgado are ranked No. 4.
- Virginia reached the semifinals of the 2026 ITA Division I Men’s National Team Indoor Championships, securing wins over Clemson (4-0) and Mississippi State (4-1) before falling to Ohio State (4-2) in the semifinals. Wake Forest's duo of DK Suresh Ekambaram and Andrew Delgado is ranked No. 2 nationally in doubles, while Virginia's Mans Dahlberg and Dylan Dietrich are ranked No. 3.
- Virginia’s Måns Dahlberg and Dylan Dietrich won the 2025 NCAA Division I Men’s Tennis Doubles Championship on Sunday, November 23, at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Florida.
- ACC men’s tennis players earned 11 ITA All-American honors in singles or doubles at the 2025 NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships. The full list of All-America honorees will be announced at the conclusion of the 2025–26 season once all criteria have been finalized.
- The 2026 ACC Men’s and Women’s Tennis Championships will be held April 14-19 at Cary Tennis Park in Cary, North Carolina.
