This Week in ACC Outdoor Track & Field

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – Atlantic Coast Conference Outdoor Track & Field programs will be spread across the country this weekend, competing in a diverse slate of high-profile meets from California to the East Coast. ACC student-athletes will face deep national fields as the outdoor season continues to build towards the 2026 ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, which will be held May 14-16 in Louisville, Kentucky.
 
The Mt. SAC Relays got underway on Wednesday, April 15, with California, Duke and Louisville competing. The trio of ACC squads will be joined by Stanford, beginning on Thursday, April 16.
 
Also taking place in the Golden State will be the Beach Invitational and the Bryan Clay Invitational. Taking place in Long Beach, the Beach Invitational will feature Louisville, while in Azusa, California, the Bryan Clay Invitational, one of the nation’s premier distance meets, will showcase Boston College, Cal, Notre Dame, Stanford and SMU.
 
Georgia Tech, Wake Forest and Virginia will each host a home meet this weekend. The Wake Forest Invite, also feature Duke and NC State, will begin on Thursday, while the Georgia Tech Invitational and Virginia Challenge will begin on Friday, April 17. Joining the Cavaliers in Charlottesville, Virginia, will be Louisville, North Carolina, NC State and Syracuse. Pitt will travel to Atlanta for the Georgia Tech Invitational. 
 
In Gainesville, Florida, Boston College, Clemson, Duke, Florida State, Miami and Virginia Tech will compete in the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational. The two-day meet will be streamed live on SEC Network + and will feature many of the top collegiate teams and athletes throughout the nation.
 
Boston College will also compete in the MIT Sean Collier Invitational in Cambridge, Massachusetts, while NC State will stay close to home to compete in the North Carolina A&T Aggie Invitational in Greensboro, North Carolina. Syracuse will remain in New York, competing in the UAlbany Spring Classic in Albany. Notre Dame will remain in the Hoosier State for the Indiana State Gibson Invitational
