CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) - The 11th week of the 2026 Atlantic Coast Conference Softball season brings seven midweek matchups on Wednesday, April 22, and a full slate of conference competition beginning Friday, April 24.
Five ACC games will be broadcast live on linear networks, beginning with a top-15 matchup on Wednesday between No. 8 Florida and No. 13 Florida State. This game will be broadcast live at 6 p.m. ET on ESPN2.
There will be one ranked conference matchup this weekend, as No. 12 Duke hosts No. 23 Clemson beginning on Friday, April 24 at 6 p.m. ET (ACCNX). The Blue Devils and Tigers will meet again on Saturday, April 25, at Noon ET on ESPN2, before wrapping the series out on Sunday, April 26, at 5 p.m. on ACC Network.
Six ACC teams are ranked in the Week 11 ESPN.com/USA Softball Top 25 Poll, led by Duke at No. 12. Joining the Blue Devils were Florida State at No. 13, Virginia Tech at No. 16, Stanford at No. 18, Clemson at No. 23 and, for the first time since 2016, Louisville at No. 25.

- Six ACC players have been named as Louisville Slugger/NFCA Division I National Players of the Week: Jessica Oakland - Duke, Gracyn Tucker – Georgia Tech, Emily LeGette - North Carolina (2x), Bella Cabral - Virginia, Zoe Prystajko - Stanford and Shelby McKenzie - Florida State.
- Virginia head coach Joanna Hardin recorded her 300th career win on February 20.
- Clemson head coach John Rittman recorded his 1000th career win on February 28.
- Stanford head coach Jessica Allister recorded her 600th career win on March 28.
- Florida State head coach Lonni Alameda recorded her 1000th career win March 29.
- Florida State was voted the preseason favorite to win the 2026 ACC Softball title by the league’s 15 head coaches.
- Seven members of the Preseason All-ACC softball team were named to the USA Softball Top 50 Watch List for the 2026 USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year. Among the list are: Jaysoni Beachum (Florida State), Macey Cintron (Clemson), Jazzy Francik (Florida State), Kennedy Harp (Florida State), River Mahler (Stanford), Aminah Vega (Duke) and Isa Torres (Florida State).
- Virginia will host the 2026 ACC Softball Championship from Wednesday, May 6, to Saturday, May 9, at Palmer Park in Charlottesville, Virginia.
