CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) - The third weekend of the 2026 Atlantic Coast Conference Women’s Tennis spring season gets underway on Friday, January 30, with a full slate of action as all 17 ACC women’s tennis programs compete in matches running through Sunday, February 1.
The weekend slate will feature three top-25 matchups, headlined by a top-3 showdown as No. 3 North Carolina will host No. 1 Georgia in Chapel Hill on Sunday at 3 p.m. ET. Friday will see two top-15 matchups as No. 15 travels to Ann Arbor, Michigan, to take on the No. 13 Wolverines at 5 p.m. ET, while No. 9 NC State and No. 3 North Carolina meet for a league and in-state foe clash at 6 p.m. ET.
The ACC had six teams ranked in the most recent Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Division I Women’s Top 25 Coaches Poll, highlighted by North Carolina at No. 3. Duke (No. 8) and Stanford (No. 9) rounded out the top 10, while NC State (No. 11), Virginia (No. 14) and California (No. 15) filled out the rest of the top 15.

- North Carolina’s Reese Brantmeier won the 2025-26 NCAA Division I Women’s Tennis Singles Championship on Sunday, November 23, at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Florida.
- The NC State doubles team of Gabriella Broadfoot and Victoria Osuigwe won the 2025 NCAA Division I Women’s Tennis Doubles Championship on Sunday, November 23, at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Florida.
- ACC women’s tennis players earned a total of 10 ITA All-America honors at the 2025 NCAA Singles & Doubles Championships. The complete list of All-Americans will be announced at the end of the 2025–26 season once all criteria are met.
- The 2025 ACC Men’s and Women’s Tennis Championships will be held April 14-19 at Cary Tennis Park in Cary, North Carolina.
