This Week in ACC Women’s Soccer

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – The Atlantic Coast Conference women’s soccer regular season rolls on with two top-25 matchups set for this week’s slate, beginning on Thursday, October 15.

ACC Network will broadcast a doubleheader on Thursday, beginning with a top-25 showdown between No. 24 Florida State and No. 4 Wake Forest at 6 p.m. ET. The Seminoles seek their second consecutive ranked win, while the Demon Deacons look to bounce back after a scoreless draw against Miami last Saturday. The nightcap features top-ranked North Carolina at Clemson for an 8 p.m. ET kickoff.

On Sunday, Wake Forest plays its second top-25 match of the week when it plays host to the Tar Heels for an in-state top-five clash. Sunday’s matchup will mark the first time the teams have met on the pitch since North Carolina defeated Wake Forest in the 2024 Women’s College Cup final, when the Tar Heels won their 23rd national championship with a 1-0 victory. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ET on ACCN.
