2026 Standings
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) - The Saturday, April 18, schedule of Atlantic Coast Conference Men's Lacrosse games features three contests in the penultimate week of regular-season action.
A pair of league games will be played at noon ET, with top-ranked Notre Dame plays at No. 16 Duke on ESPNU and No. 3 North Carolina traveling to No. 11 Virginia on ACC Network Extra.
In non-conference action, No. 5 Syracuse battles Colgate at the JMI Wireless Dome at 5 p.m. ET on ACC Network.
All five ACC teams are ranked in the latest USILA Coaches Poll, highlighted by Notre Dame returning to No. 1 this week. North Carolina is No. 3, Syracuse is No. 5, Virginia is No. 11 and Duke is No. 16.
The 2026 ACC Men's Lacrosse Championship, featuring the top four teams in the final standings, will be played May 1 and 3 at American Legion Memorial Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Noting ACC Men's Lacrosse
• Syracuse junior midfielder Luke Rhoa earned ACC Offensive Player of the Week honors, and Notre Dame junior defenseman Nate Schwitzenberg claimed ACC Defensive Player of the Week for games played from April 6-12.
• Nine ACC players were chosen in the 2026 Premier Lacrosse League College Draft on Tuesday, April 14. The nine ACC players selected tied for the most of any conference. Duke SSDM Aidan Maguire was the No. 1 overall pick in the draft, going to the Utah Archers.
• In the latest RPI, all five ACC teams stand among the top 16: No. 1 Notre Dame, No. 2 North Carolina, No. 3 Syracuse, No. 9 Virginia and No. 15 Duke.
• ACC teams have combined to go 37-8 (82.2%) in non-conference play this season, which is by far the best mark of any conference.
• 21 ACC players have been named to the watch list for the 2026 Tewaaraton Award. That is the most of any conference.
• Duke's John Danowski (first, 492), ND's Kevin Corrigan (second, 378) and UNC's Joe Breschi (third, 271) own the most Division I wins among active D-I head coaches. Virginia's Lars Tiffany is eighth with 218). Danowski is the winningest Division I head coach all-time.
• Reigning ACC champion Syracuse was tabbed the ACC favorite in the Preseason ACC Coaches Poll. The Orange were followed by Notre Dame, North Carolina, Duke and Virginia, respectively.
• The 2026 ACC schedule features four games per team (two road, two home). The 2026 ACC Tournament will be contested May 1 and 3, featuring the top four teams in the league standings competing at Charlotte's American Legion Memorial Stadium.
• The University of Virginia will serve as the host of the 2026 NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Championships, which will be contested at Scott Stadium from May 23-25.
• 17 ACC regular-season games are slated to be televised on ESPNU or ACC Network. The three games of the ACC Tournament also air on ACCN.
• The ACC owns 19 NCAA Championships, including four of the last six with Virginia in 2019 and 2021 and Notre Dame in 2023 and 2024.
• The five active ACC teams have combined for 27 national championships, including 11 of the last 17.
• Syracuse owns 10 NCAA titles (most of any NCAA program), while Virginia has won seven, UNC five, Duke three and Notre Dame two.
• Syracuse advanced to NCAA Championship Weekend last season for the first time since 2013 and its first time as a member of the ACC.
• At least one ACC team has advanced to the national semifinals in 50 of the 54 years in which the NCAA Tournament has been contested.
